Got superior triple room with a beautiful view when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was good and magnificent, close to an ancient roman column. The extremely accommodating staff greeted us with a smile.

The location is sweet as, heaps close to main sights, but the breakfast could do with more variety to keep you going. Still, the friendly staff was good.

The bathroom in the room L1 (twin beds) is smaller than a hole. It is so small that the door doesn't even open and you just get in the toilet!!!! The smallest bathroom ever seen in my life in a hotel...

Amazing Istanbul vibes 🇹🇷
The staff were so friendly, especially the kitchen lady with her lekker smile doing brekkie! The location is perfect, literally just a hop to the Grand Bazaar-made sightseeing easy! We got great tips from reception about good local spots to eat.
Brekkie could use more variety, like some fresh fruits and hot options to fill our tummies better.

Poor breakfast, very noisy location, no parking for the second car (we are 4 persons in 2 cars and we reserved 2 parking places).

The vibe here was family. Family room with view of the tips of minerats of sultan ahmet, had essentials required. Its location was very central, right next to Theodosius Cistern.

The warm hospitality of the staff, especially Erhan, created a welcoming ambiance, and the charming roof terrace with stunning views was a good bonus after a day of exploring Istanbul.

It was a home away from home in its very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were lovely an very helpful with our little 15 month year old child. The location is perfect, within a short walk of all the sites of interest and the shopping. A lovely view from the breakfast area and a garden and internet cafe. Would definitly choose this hotel again.

proximity to historical sites, rooftop terrace with fine views, easy access to public transportation
Room decor is overly simplistic!!! Shower facilities could use improvement, as they feel cramped!!! Air conditioning has occasional issues that affect relaxation!!!

The staff were very good and helpful and spoke excllent English. The room was large with an good view over the harbour and was not noisy. The location was excellent as only a short walk to all the major attractions and Grand Bazar as well as numerous restaurants. The supermarket is just across the road.
We were asked to spend the first night at a nearby hotel as the occupnats of our room had to stay 1 more night "because an emergency". We thought that may have happened to another guest.

The obliging and helpful staff. That we were within an easy walk to the major sights that we wanted to visit and to the Grand Bazaar. That we were close to a tram stop that took us to the other places we wanted to visit.
The only problem was the difficulty the taxi driver had in finding the hotel. It would be good to mention that it is not far from Cemberlitas tram stop as Peykhane St runs from the main road at that point.
